What moves the price
- Span: anything past 6 ft of cantilever needs posts or a heavier beam
- Height: a double-storey wall fixing adds scaffold and time
- Panel spec: 4 mm PVDF ACP versus 3 mm PE is a 30 – 40% material difference
- Glass type: laminated costs more than tempered and is the right choice over people
- Drainage: concealed gutters cost more than an exposed half-round and look far better
- Frame: aluminium costs more than galvanised steel and never rusts
- Removal of an old awning: RM 500 – 1,500 depending on size and disposal
